Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpectrumBurst game and related services (the "Service"), operated by Kdep Enterprise LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing SpectrumBurst, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Service.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or as described on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.

2. License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpectrumBurst for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the game or its content except as permitted by law.

3. Virtual items and currency

• Coins, gems, lives, boosters, and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable.
• We may adjust game balance — including level difficulty, rewards, and the availability or effect of Virtual Items — at any time to keep the game fair and fun.
• Virtual Items are forfeited when your account is deleted or terminated.

4. Fair play

You agree not to: cheat, use bots, automation or exploits; interfere with the Service or other players; probe, overload, or attack our systems; misrepresent your identity; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Leaderboard entries obtained through cheating may be removed.

5. Our content

The game, artwork, sounds, names, and logos are owned by or licensed to Kdep Enterprise LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Availability and changes

SpectrumBurst is provided on an evolving, "as-available" basis. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature, level, or event) at any time. We aim to give notice of material changes where practical.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other players. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KDEP ENTERPRISE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kdep Enterprise LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
