Delete Your Account

You can delete your SpectrumBurst account and its associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Choose either option:
- In the app. Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out.
- By email. Send a message to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account (or include your in-app display name), with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:
- Your account identity — the Google/Apple account identifier, email, and display name we received at sign-in.
- Your gameplay and progress — levels completed, stars, scores, currency (coins/gems), boosters, lives, streaks, and saved replays.
- Inventory and any account-linked analytics or diagnostic records.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where required — for example, aggregated or anonymized statistics that are no longer linked to you, and records we must keep to comply with legal or security obligations. Retained records cannot be used to identify you.
Timeframe
In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verification. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
